These terms apply to purchases from Cotton Candy Cunt Clothing. Shopify provides our storefront and checkout platform. We use Printify’s network of production partners to make and ship products after they are ordered. Contact our store about your purchase through our Contact page.

Products and ordering

Check the product description, size guide, color, quantity, and delivery address before submitting an order. Some product images are digital mockups. Screen settings and production methods can cause small differences in appearance or measurements; this does not excuse a faulty item or one materially different from its description.

Prices, applicable shipping charges, and taxes are presented at checkout. Product availability and prices may change for future purchases. Use accurate contact information and a payment method you are authorized to use. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and arrange a refund for the unfulfilled purchase.

Changes and cancellations

Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. We can request changes before production begins. Once production or shipping preparation has started, changes and cancellation may no longer be possible. A cancellation request is not confirmation that an order has been canceled.

Shipping and returns

Production and transit are separate stages. Delivery estimates, shipping charges, tracking, and possible separate packages are explained in our Shipping Policy.

Our Return and Refund Policy explains eligibility, reporting deadlines, evidence, and available remedies. Contact us about an incorrect, damaged, or defective item rather than returning it without instructions.

Privacy and customer rights

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.

Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that applicable law gives you. Policy updates apply to future purchases and do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing order.
