Cotton Candy Cunt Clothing products are made to order through our production partners. This policy covers orders delivered to United States addresses available at checkout.

Production and delivery estimates

Production and shipping are separate stages. Most Printify orders are dispatched within approximately 2–7 business days after submission to production. Product availability, order size, quality checks, and seasonal demand can affect this estimate.

For many US Standard shipments, Printify estimates another 2–5 business days in transit after dispatch. Actual transit time depends on the product, production partner, carrier, destination, and selected service. Review any product-specific and checkout estimates before ordering. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping charges and separate packages

Shipping is charged separately from product prices. Review the available methods and charges at checkout. Costs can vary with the items ordered and delivery destination.

Items may be produced at different facilities and arrive in separate packages on different dates. Tracking details may therefore differ between items.

Tracking and address changes

Where tracking is supported, shipment information will be available through your order or shipping updates. Carrier tracking may take time to show its first scan.

Please check your delivery address before submitting your order. If a correction is needed, contact us immediately. We can request changes, including during production where supported, but approval depends on the order’s progress and cannot be guaranteed. Failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address is reviewed individually; additional delivery charges may apply.

Delayed, missing, or damaged orders

Contact us promptly about delays or missing packages, and include your order number and tracking details. Check the address and carrier information, including whether a parcel is awaiting collection. We will investigate with our fulfillment partner.
